NORAH #2: NO REDEMPTION
Because I don’t seek a clean slate from God…or anyone else I should answer to.
This is for me.
Illustrator: Sean Seal
Cover Art: Jason Westlake
I was a bit worried we wouldn’t have it in time for NYCC but hot damn! We’re debuting it earlier than expected and that’s A-OK in my book!
The road to redemption is taken by those who long for a clean slate. But Norah’s hands, forever stained with the blood of thousands, could never belong to a righteous woman…
Dive deep into her past working for the CIA, into the psyche of a young man clinging to life, and the deepest depths of science fiction
As I’ve said before, we eased you into the story with “Norah #1: Epimetheus”; gave a sneak peek into the cracked window of Norah’s past. Well “Norah #2…” is a little different. It rips the doors off and drags you into the hellish realm of her work in developing viruses for means of biological warfare. Each issue of “Norah” is another piece to her tragic puzzle that we invite you to put together. The why and how behind her becoming a coma-fisher will eventually be revealed.
All in due time, my friends.
Savor the flavor.
“I felt myself die.”
The most fun about writing is having the power to immortalize your friends and family by writing their likeness into your story. Featured in this issue is “Mariachi” illustrator, John Marroquin! I not only have the pleasure of being his good friend and putting him into my comic, we’ve partnered on a sci-fi graphic novel being released in April 2017: “Mexica”. (http://mariachicomic.com)
John Marroquin as…well…”John”
Hell, I even brought my dad along for the ride!
